Outdoor Adventure Playset

Studio RedEye teamed up with the Skip Hop crew to turn big outdoor adventures into playful, hands-on fun. We developed the 3D CAD models and mechanical features — including the lift-up waterfall door — to help bring the mountain, raft, and glider to life for Zoo action figures. The final design sparks storytelling, exploration, and active play.

The playset also includes a colorful glider, allowing Zoo action figures to soar from mountaintop to valley — adding a dynamic, imaginative dimension to the play experience.

Our role focused on creating and detailing the 3D CAD files for the Outdoor Adventure Playset. We developed the assembly layouts, designed the mechanical function of the waterfall door, and ensured all clearances and part relationships were optimized for manufacturing. Our early CAD work helped Skip Hop’s team and vendors evaluate functionality and prepare the design for production.
