This charming butterfly tambourine, thoughtfully designed for Manhattan Toy Company, invites playful exploration with its whimsical shape and gentle, engaging sounds. Perfectly crafted to fit little hands, it encourages joyful interaction, sensory discovery, and early rhythm-making skills.

During the design stage, we collaborated closely with Manhattan Toy Company, utilizing an iterative design process that involved sketch exploration, refinement, and ongoing feedback to achieve the final playful and ergonomic form.

We created detailed assembly CAD files, thoughtfully considering how each part fits and works together. This helped ensure the final product was easy to assemble, efficient to manufacture.
